NO FCRA USE. This privately run website is not affiliated with Fleming County, Kentucky, or any government agency. It and its advertising partners do not provide a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) decisions. The site is a records-reference resource, not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm.
1. What This Website Is
This is a private reference site with no government role. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves them, conducts official checks, or files papers for a visitor.
Its purpose is to identify the Fleming County Sheriff, Kentucky courts, Kentucky State Police Records Branch, Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry, and other custodians, while also offering access to independently operated search tools.
2. Rules for Using This Site
As a condition of access, you must not:
- Use the site in violation of federal, Kentucky, or local law
- Threaten, stalk, or harass a person with information found here
- Use site content for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or another FCRA decision
- Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account
- Deploy bots, scraping software, or other automated collection tools
- Disrupt performance or interfere with another visitor's access
3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
No visitor may use information from the site or a linked tool to intimidate, discriminate against, threaten, stalk, or harass anyone. Such conduct may also violate law. Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry information is published for safety awareness. It may not be used for vigilantism, unlawful discrimination, or retaliation against a registrant.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Our partners' tools are also not offered here for an FCRA-regulated decision. You must not use site or linked-tool data to:
- Make a decision to employ or dismiss a person
- Evaluate a rental or housing application
- Assess credit or choose an insurance rate
- Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
- Carry out any other activity regulated by the FCRA
A legally permitted check for an FCRA purpose must come from an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider or an official process through the Kentucky State Police Records Branch.
5. No Legal Advice
Site content is general information, not legal advice about a Fleming County charge, warrant, conviction, or expungement. A licensed Kentucky attorney should address an individual legal issue.
6. No Warranties
All content and functions are supplied "as is" without a guarantee that:
- Information will always be complete, accurate, or current
- Access will remain continuous and uninterrupted
- Every page will be free from defects or security weaknesses
- An outside search result will be complete or correct
Charges and records can be filed, changed, dismissed, sealed, or expunged. Gaps and delays are therefore possible. Only the originating court, sheriff, or Kentucky agency can make an official statement about its record.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
An external link may lead to a sheriff, court, state agency, legal resource, or search service. We do not operate those destinations and are not responsible for their availability, content, fees, or data practices. Their terms apply after a visitor leaves this site.
8. Intellectual Property
Fleming County Criminal History or its content partners own the site's text, graphics, logos, and code. Written permission is required before copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative material.
9. Limits on Our Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from site use, linked services, or reliance on information found through either.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, proceedings, legal fees, and related costs caused by your site use or violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
Kentucky law governs these terms, including applicable Kentucky consumer-protection law. A dispute tied to use of this site must be brought in a court located in Kentucky.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these conditions. A revision becomes effective when the updated terms are posted here.
13. Cutting Off Access
Access may be restricted or ended at any time, with or without advance notice.
14. Severability
If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. The affected text will be limited only as much as necessary.
15. Questions
Questions about these conditions may be sent through the Contact page.
